Unsomber Returns and Exchange Policy

At Unsomber, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Return and Exchange Period
    • Customers can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receipt if they are not happy with the size or fit. Email at hello@unsomber.com or whatsapp on +91 9821734668 to initiate the return or exchange.
    • As part of our official store policy, we permit only one exchange or return per order; items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for a subsequent return or refund.
  2. Item Condition
    • The item must have the tags intact. Clothing without attached tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • In case of a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defect before removing any tags.
  3. Exchange Requests
    • If the requested size or style is not available, we will offer a refund.
    • Each article can only be exchanged once.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Online Payments: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be made through a bank transfer to the customer's bank account.
    • Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality checks, refunds will be initiated within 5 working days. Please note that while Unsomber processes refunds promptly, your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
  • Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please use one of the following methods:

  • Fill out the Contact Us form on our website.
  • Drop an email to hello@unsomber.com with your order number and the details of your request.

Additional Information

  • Unsomber reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Unsomber will arrange a reverse pickup if your area is covered by our courier partner’s service network.
    If reverse pickup is not available in your location, we kindly request you to ship the product back to our registered address. In such cases, Unsomber will reimburse the shipping cost, up to the actual amount paid or ₹150 per item, whichever is lower.
  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be initiated once we receive the original clothing and our team has conducted the quality checks.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
